Direct Office Standard Return Policy
We offer free returns within 7 working days of delivery, where the product:
- Is faulty or damaged;
- Some of our products have restrictions, or may not be returnable.
- Your statutory rights are not affected by this return policy.
- When returning a product, please make sure that it is in good condition, unassembled and in its original packaging.
- We will not accept tampered or used products in any way.
- Provide proof of purchase/ Delivery note from Direct Office during return.
- No cash refund on any products. Goods will be exchanged once approved by a Direct Office representative.
- If product needs to be collected from client premises, additional delivery charges will be paid in advance by customer.
- Direct office provides warranty on certain products up to 12 months. This only covers manufacturers defaults developing during the period. Exception to consumables/replacement parts and user mishandling defects.
- Some products are subject to manufacturer warranty, which in some cases may be longer than 12 months. Please check product specifications for individual supplier’s warranty information.
